The eQuest Compliance Division is pleased to announce the addition of Sharon Solero to its compliance division. Sharon’s official title is Director of Alliances and will be responsible for managing relations with our existing partnerships as well securing new and exciting ones.
Sharon has over 20 years experience working in Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
Her last position prior to joining eQuest was as an Assistant District Director for the OFCCP in the San Jose District Office in California and the New York City District Office in Manhattan, New York. Sharon also was a Compliance Officer – a position in which she conducted training, compliance evaluations, compliance checks, Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations, evaluations of Function Affirmative Action Plans and Mega Construction Projects.
Sharon also worked as an Equal Opportunity Advisor and later as an Equal Opportunity Specialist with the Oklahoma and Arkansas Military Departments. In these positions she conducted statewide trainings, investigations, managed the Employee Assistance Program, and provided guidance to the Equal Opportunity Advisors.
Sharon will be working out of our Corporate Offices in San Ramon, California.
