eQuest’s David Bernstein to Speak at Big Data Analytics HR Forum

VP of Big Data Division to empower HR pros with practical know-how

SAN RAMON, CA — September 12 , 2013 — David Bernstein will co-present three sessions at the Big Data Analytics HR Forum, an International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC) event. The Forum will be held in Chicago on September 16-18.

Bernstein is the vice president of the Big Data for HR – Data Analytics Division at eQuest, where he uses the power of Big Data to enable organizations to make evidence-based decisions about their recruiting and hiring strategy. He has a long history of creating innovative HR strategies for Fortune 100 companies. Bernstein is also serving on the advisory board for this conference, helping to shape the overall program with his experience, expertise and industry connections.

Bernstein will present and lead break-out groups in two of the pre-conference Big Data Boot Camp workshops. Bernstein is one of three on the faculty for these workshops, which include Dr. John Sullivan and Dr. Alec Levenson, a Senior Research Scientist at USC. He will kick off the conference with a short keynote that lays the foundation for the importance of Big Data for the HR profession. He will also appear on a panel discussion on entitled, “BI and Data Analytics 3.0 for Enterprise.” All sessions are designed to help HR professionals better understand Big Data and implement appropriate initiatives in their organizations.
