eQuest today announced the release of another candidate tracking tool that will allow users of Workday/eQuest to better financially assess job board performances.
The free upgrade will allow customers to view and track Completed Candidate Applies from any job board.
This feature helps customers measure how many candidates reached its Workday hosted career site from various job boards, and once there, how many applied versus how many dropped off.
This kind of data is key to evaluating external career site performance, content-of-job quality, and candidate apply process.
As the only “certified” job posting vendor in the Workday system, this is the 5th upgrade eQuest has performed since its inception.
