Eliminates Managing Job Board Scraping and Manual Posting

AutoPost’s advanced technology enables recruiters to “preset” job posting criteria by job title, skills, and job location, including the career sites they want the jobs posted. Once that criteria is set, eQuest will search the user’s career site and, when matches occur, automatically post jobs to the requested career sites. All candidates will return to the company’s website or ATS for application submittal with accompanying job board source code.
Although some job boards provide similar services, they are limited to only being able to deliver jobs back to their own career sites. eQuest’s AutoPost provides the same service but can deliver designated jobs to multiple, designated job boards simultaneously. Most importantly, AutoPost gives recruiters back the control of their job posting instead of relying on the job board vendors.

AutoPost also has the ability to extract highly important candidate metrics and compare the results board by board.
